COMPANY'S RESCHEDULING POLICY

• A 100% refund will be made if the batches aren’t rescheduled.
• The delegate would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending class in future as per the available schedule.
• The delegate, if wishes to, can send his/her replacement. However, this should be intimated to KOED at least three days ahead of the event date.
• The delegate can request for transfer to a new course by paying 15% amount (additional) of the actual price of the course.
• Whereas, if, for some unforeseen reasons, a delegate wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:
  1. If the request for rescheduling is received before 7 days or more, 10% of the registration fee will be charged.
  2. Please note that rescheduling will be subject to the availability of seats.
  3. If the request for rescheduling is received within 7 days or less, no rescheduling will be allowed to the delegate. However, the delegate can send a replacement instead.
  4. The delegate can request course customisation by paying INR 10,000/-
