Rescheduling Policy
COMPANY'S RESCHEDULING POLICY
IN CASE KOED RESCHEDULES THE TRAINING EVENT, THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO THE DELEGATE ARE:
- A 100% refund will be made if the batches aren’t rescheduled.
- The delegate would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending class in future as per the available schedule.
- The delegate, if wishes to, can send his/her replacement. However, this should be intimated to KOED at least three days ahead of the event date.
- The delegate can request for transfer to a new course by paying 15% amount (additional) of the actual price of the course.
- Whereas, if, for some unforeseen reasons, a delegate wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:
- If the request for rescheduling is received before 7 days or more, 10% of the registration fee will be charged.
- Please note that rescheduling will be subject to the availability of seats.
- If the request for rescheduling is received within 7 days or less, no rescheduling will be allowed to the delegate. However, the delegate can send a replacement instead.
- The delegate can request course customisation by paying INR 10,000/-
